How do I register on VaultX?
Registering on VaultX is a fast and easy process. Here's a simple guide to get started:
Visit the VaultX website and click on the "Sign up" button then, enter your email, and create a password
You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after. Simply click on the verification link provided to confirm your account.
After verifying your account, you'll need to complete your profile by providing additional details:
a. Enter your name and last name.
,b. Choose your preferred currency from Swiss Franc, US Dollar, or Euro. You can change this later if needed.
How can I change my currency on VaultX?
To change the main currency in your VaultX profile, simply email us at contact@vaultx.ch with your request. We're here to help!.
How can I change the language settings on VaultX?
At the moment, we only offer English as a language option. However, our team is working diligently to bring you more language choices soon!

To add assets to your VaultX portfolio, follow these easy steps:
VaultX offers a comprehensive platform designed to manage a diverse range of assets, both digital and physical, providing users with extensive control over their wealth. Here are the main asset classes currently supported within VaultX:
Log in to your VaultX account or create one if you haven't already.
Once logged in, find and click on the "Add Asset" button located on the top bar of the platform.
Choose your upload method:
a. Automatic sync: We're excited to let you know that more asset classes will soon support automatic syncing of your assets from wallets and other direct integrations. Stay tuned for these updates!
,b. Add manually: If you prefer manual entry, input the relevant details of your asset into the provided fields.
,c. Import CSV file (coming soon): Alternatively, you can import a CSV file containing a list of your assets. The system will automatically save the information from the file and add your assets to your portfolio.
,4. Once added, your assets will be saved to your portfolio. Manage them easily by clicking on each asset to add or edit further details as needed.
What are the differences between manual addition and automatic sync?
Manual addition: This method involves entering asset details manually into your VaultX account. You provide the necessary information for each asset, such as its name, type, quantity, and value. Selected asset classes will show you the option for an automatic pricing tracker, even when you add the asset manually (for example precious metals).
Automatic sync: The automatic sync allows you to onboard your asset via direct connections and/or by adding your wallets.
What information can I add to my assets?
When adding assets to your VaultX portfolio, you have the opportunity to provide detailed information that enhances the management and understanding of each asset. Here's an overview of the different sections where you can input relevant data:
REQUIRED FIELDS: Fill in the information that serves as the foundation for your asset profile. These mandatory fields typically include item name, type, and purchase price, ensuring basic identification and categorization of the asset.
DETAILS: Provide additional details specific to the asset type. This section allows you to input information such as purchase date, current price, country of origin, artist/manufacturer, production year, material, color, dimensions, and acquisition source. The details section offers flexibility to capture relevant information tailored to each asset.
CONDITION: Describe the condition of the asset in detail. You can include observations about any signatures, labels, markings, areas of damage, or restoration history. This section provides insights into the current state of the asset, aiding in its assessment and maintenance.
NOTES: Add any supplementary notes or comments related to the asset. This space allows for additional context or details that may not fit into other sections. You can include information regarding the asset's history, significance, or any other relevant details.
UPLOAD PICTURES: Attach images of the asset to visually represent its appearance. Uploading pictures helps in visually documenting the asset and provides a visual reference for identification and verification purposes.
UPLOAD DOCUMENTS/PAPERS/CERTIFICATES: Upload any supporting documents such as certificates of authenticity, provenance, or documentation related to the asset's ownership or history. This feature allows for secure storage and easy access to important paperwork associated with the asset.
UPLOAD INSURANCE POLICIES: Upload insurance documents that are relevant to the asset. This section enables users to store insurance policies or certificates related to the asset's coverage, ensuring comprehensive documentation and protection.

Is there a limit to the number of assets I can add to my portfolio?
VaultX does not impose a limit on the number of assets you can add to your portfolio. Whether you have a diverse portfolio with numerous assets or a smaller selection, VaultX provides the flexibility to accommodate your investment needs.
Are there tools for automatically estimating the value of my assets?
